From Trailer to Headquarters: Grit + Grind Coffee Opens Flagship Location in Andalusia

On Saturday, April 25th, 2026 Grit + Grind Coffee officially opened its headquarters and flagship coffee shop in Andalusia, AL. A day filled with energy, love, and a whole lot of cold brew, it set the tone not only for the years and locations to come, but it also summarized the movement that has come to communities since its origins. What started as a mobile trailer in Opp, AL in 2022, founded by current owners, Eric + Destiny Rowell, it is now an established national brand operating in seven states with seventeen locations and counting.

The four walls of Grit + Grind Andalusia do not just simply house a coffee shop. Also calling Grit + Grind Andalusia home,  Grit + Grind Headquarters, colloquially deemed “HQ”,  is the home of all things franchising. From idea to execution, HQ provides support, training, and education to ensure a proper opening for every owner and location. At HQ, the main thing they are tasked with is providing owners and investors, both current and potential, with the resources necessary to be the light in each community Grit + Grind inhabits. Guided by the same core values of each shop, Grit + Grind HQ also seeks to love others, spread light, and work hard every day to spread the mission of Grit + Grind Coffee. They set the tone for the organization and lead with these core values in mind.

This new building is also the hub for entrepreneurs and forward thinkers alike. Located in the coffee shop portion of the building, visitors will find a podcast studio.

The Grit Behind The Grind podcast focuses on entrepreneurship giving entrepreneurs the motivation to take the risks.

This studio hosts “The Grit Behind The Grind” podcast. Started to show the progress of the Grit + Grind Coffee Franchise, “The Grit Behind The Grind” tells the story of the franchise while also helping fellow entrepreneurs by bringing them along and giving them support and motivation to achieve their dreams. Because in everything we do, that is the goal. We exist to bring opportunities to individuals. Whether that is through coffee, opening franchises, or hosting entrepreneurs on our podcast, the motivation is you. 

And this grand opening is a reflection of that. We have created this space with you in mind. We created this space to host the group of friends who need a space to separate themselves from everyday life. We created this space for the mom who needs to drive thru because she is in such a rush.
